2- Replace the negative ‘I Can’t’ with “Yes I Can”! Be aware of the negative voices inside your head. At the first sign of a negative thought or self-sabotage, take steps to think of something positive. You are far more powerful than you think. Keep moving forward no matter what! And always Believe in Yourself!

7- The outcome will be greatly influenced by your personal motivation: your determination, your willingness and your desire to have a better life. You cannot be fulfilled with just a good work environment. Mental and physical health has to be taken into consideration and the quality of your relationships with your family and friends has to be balanced. Only then can you truly say that you have a healthy and well-balanced life.

Take Responsibility for Your Actions

Researchers say that the more enthusiasm you have for your life project, the easier it will be for you to put in the long hours needed to make it work and attract the right people or helpers when you need them. Experience has taught us that we really need to show passion and enthusiasm for our Life Project on a daily basis! Sometimes we have to pretend until our brain gets used to it. The human brain cannot tell the difference between when you really believe you can do things or whether you are just convincing yourself.

You can add them to your gratitude list.
