Challenge Yourself and Take The Necessary Actions

Not feeling good enough within yourself can be dangerous when it comes to your relationships, by making you more vulnerable to feelings of anxiety and jealous. And it doesn’t just affect you. Studies shows that lack of self-esteem impacts both you, and others around you. It can ruin your relationships with your family, colleagues, and friends. Basically, not feeling good enough about yourself negatively affects all your relations. The good news is, there are ways to build up your self-esteem. While it won’t happen overnight, with the right strategies and mindset, and with the right kind of help, you can take steps towards changing the way you feel about yourself.

To get something that you never had, you must be willing to do what you never done (what is NEEDED to be done) to make a change! The first step is Learning to replace the negative attitude of “I Can’t do” with “I Can Do”. You time and energy are too precious to be wasted. So, Don’t waste your precious energy and time with things that you cannot change or with the things that are clearly out of your control.

Be Open Minded and Implement What You Are Learning

Use your mental skills also to help yourself with developing your “real and truest-self’ from the inside out. If it’s not a very good one, figure out why you see yourself that way—and find a way to fix that perception. Research shows that Our Thoughts influence our actions and outcomes. Your thought also influences every idea you have, which is a big reason for you to be mindful with what you think. Set yourself a deadline for action, for everything you do and every idea you have. Cultivate the good and useful habit of keeping a journal ‘so you can track your progress/actions’ daily.

Creativity Increases Your Internal Sense of Power

One of the best ways that you can create a more internal sense of power and control, is to challenge yourself and process the whole experience internally. By setting yourself up and overcoming a challenge or achieving Your Aim, you are also building up evidence that you do have control over the direction your life takes. By doing so you are showing yourself that you are capable and a successful individual.

Where are you in relation to your life goals? Based on where you feel you are currently, in relation to your life goals, how would you rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10? Regardless of how you are rating yourself right now, there’s always a room for improvement in everybody’s life. Now, be focused only on what you really really need to improve in your life right now. I suggest you revisit it in a a weekly or a month time from today onwards, and answer the same questions again. Then compare your answers. I am pretty sure that you will be surprised to learn how different your answers will be, and how closer to your life goals you’ll be in just a month time. You may have to give up some of your short-term pleasures for the benefit of your long-term goals, but it will be worth it in the long run!!!

Speaking personally, I see life completely differently now than I did a few years ago. I faced so many hardships in my life and I was not emotionally mature enough to see my life’s challenges as a great opportunity for my personal development. Can you relate to this?

Be Kind and Supportive Towards Yourself

Approach this new way of life without feeling guilty or judgemental regarding to the mistakes you made in the past, we all make mistakes, just see them as a big life lesson, learn from it and move on with your life. Consistently show love and emotional support towards yourself, just as much as you would do to your best friend. And this is what will transform your life forever. This kind of self-support creates results in the long term. Now you can also uplift yourself by choosing an emotion you want for yourself instead of for others. Suppose you choose joy, think about something that you can do right now which brings you joy and do it no anyhow. Funny, isn’t it? Is this making you laugh? Well, if your answer is yes, definitely you are in the right path. Just keep improving and moving forward.

Keep in mind that: You have the power to make this stage of your life the most powerful, creative, and motivating time in your life… another way to keep you going forward is by becoming more passionate about what you want to achieve in all areas of your life. Then Stick to Your resolution, and make sure that you do not allow anything or anyone stopping you from moving forward with your life. Remember that You are the only one in Charge of the outcomes in your Life… you must never forget that; ”Where Your Awareness goes YOUR Energy Flows”!!! So, just keep moving and very soon you will see remarkable improvements.

Feeling Guilty Isn’t The Solution

Feeling guilty doesn’t do you any good, trust me, I have been there. Neuroscientists have shown that when for instance, smokers feel guilt about smoking, that guilt is part of the addiction, it’s the way back in. Feeling bad isn’t the way out of addiction, it’s the way back in. So when you feel bad about yourself, feeling bad isn’t the solution, it’s part of the problem. Finally, to really help yourself, you need to give yourself something to feel good about. You don’t have to wait until you’ve lost 50 pounds to feel goo. You can help yourself feel good right now, before you loose 50 pounds or whatever addiction you are working on. If necessary you must repurpose your goal to one that is more about your truest-self, not based on what others say about you. What is essential is to make things easy to do and if you can bring some fun into your journey, even better.

And remember: All experiences are opportunities for us to learn and grow! When you see life in this way actually you will be surprised with how closer to your goals than ever you will be.

Self-Awareness and Self-Confidence are very important in our lives, both affect every aspect of our everyday lives. When these two crucial elements are not balanced in our life, it starts to fall apart. Surround yourself with like-minded people, who have the energy and drive to make things happen. Find People who really value you and treat you with some respect and consideration. And treat others how you like to be treat. Become more aware of your internal sense of power and you will gain a high sense of direction. Self-awareness enhances your inner power to help you dealing with situations that are outside your control. Learn how to Control and use Your inner power to your advantage as opposed to feeling inadequate. You must never forget this: Where Your Awareness goes Energy Flows!!! Keep moving forward. You are in the right path.

Be Clear On What You Really Want

Be as clear as you possibly can on what you really want ‘in all areas of your life’, because ‘clarity motivates you and motivation takes you to the first step’ of your self-reinvention process. Watch how you think. Replace your negative self-talking with: ‘I feel great’, ‘I can make time’ – even if you’re not really feeling that way. Our brain cannot se the different from what you are thinking and what is actually happening in your real life. Very soon your brain will be used to positive self-talk and your negative self-talk will be part of your past.

Make sure your Focus goes only on the things that you can change, such as “figuring out what you really want or need” to overcome, e.g: a lack of confidence. And spend as much time as you can focusing on how Your New Learnings can help you boost your self-confidence. Then implement start implementing it right now. Never leave for tomorrow what you can do today.

Being genuine will help others to understand and support you when you need help. Know your strengths and weaknesses so that you can start planning Your Future.
